This workshop will review key strategies around board recruitment and board member retention. It will deconstruct the process needed to build an effective leadership team that can work together to fulfill a collective set of responsibilities and help the nonprofit achieve its mission. The 45 minute training will be followed by a Q&A where nonprofit leaders can share and exchange in a small group format.
