Breakfast Brief – A Virtual Event on Building a Better Board

Tuesday, September 20, 8:30am – 9:30am ET on Zoom

Nonprofit leaders need a strategy to find and keep board members who: care about the cause, have the needed or missing skills, understand their role, and can commit time and resources. This workshop will review key strategies around board recruitment and board member retention. It will deconstruct the process needed to build an effective leadership team that can work together to fulfill a collective set of responsibilities and help the nonprofit achieve its mission. The 45 minute training will be followed by a Q&A where nonprofit leaders can share and exchange in a small group format.

Please join us to gain valuable insight from Claudia Zeldin, a Partner at Growth for Good, a consulting group that is dedicated to helping nonprofits effectively and efficiently serve their mission.
