Leadership Exchange III – Board Development: A Virtual Salon

Want to consult with fellow heads of nonprofits (executive directors, CEOs, presidents)? Are you feeling isolated at the top? This is an opportunity to hear what other nonprofit leaders think and share ideas and solutions. Join us for Leadership Exchange, a Mission Control virtual salon.

We will host nonprofit leaders from a variety of organizations to facilitate a one-hour, mission-to-mission, peer-to-peer sharing event. The discussion will focus on board development: targeted recruitment, increasing expectations, engaging committee structures, succession planning, etc. Please come with any questions that your peers can help answer. These will be confidential and casual gatherings.

This event is by invitation only and will be limited to 8 nonprofit Executive Directors per breakout group, so please RSVP to reserve your spot in advance.

Nonprofits are far from immune, and their boards and executives have a fiduciary duty to make sure they have appropriate measures in place. Our inaugural Breakfast Briefing features Chris Moschovites, author of Cybersecurity Program Development for Business: The Essential Planning Guide (Wiley, 2018) and Privacy, Regulations, and Cybersecurity: The Essential Planning Guide (Wiley, 2021) and co-founder of TMG-EMEDIA.
