Christopher Turner is driven by a passion for helping nonprofit and community organizations align their real estate with their mission, ensuring they have the right space to do their most meaningful work while maximizing their resources.
As Managing Director of Denham Wolf's Transaction Services practice, Christopher leads a team that plans, structures, and negotiates real estate transactions for individual assets and portfolios, helping clients create value from their real estate, , With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Christopher has advocated for clients in the nonprofit sector on hundreds of projects, on a wide range of acquisitions and dispositions. His extensive industry knowledge grows with every project and supports informed decision-making. At the heart of each assignment is a commitment to helping clients understand the physical, fiscal, and organizational impacts of their options.
Christopher serves a diverse array of nonprofit organizations, including foundations, healthcare providers, community-based organizations, educational institutions, faith-based groups, visual and performing arts organizations, cultural institutions, and supportive housing providers. He has been involved in more than 8 million square feet of closed transactions and advisory assignments across the United States.
Prior to joining Denham Wolf, Christopher provided advisory services for major global brokerages in the United States and the United Kingdom. He has consulted for organizations with assets across the industrial, office, retail, and residential sectors, and held real estate advisory and managerial roles within the UK government's health and justice sectors.
Christopher trained as an appraiser and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and its former U.S. Chairman. He is a member of ULI, an active participant in ULI NEXT, a perennial mentor to ULI Young Leaders, Vice Chairman of the Young Men & Women's Real Estate Association (YM/WREA), and a Trustee of The Children's Storefront.
