David Lebenstein

David Lebenstein has for many decades been a veteran in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. In recent years he has devoted himself exclusively to assisting not for profits with their real estate and facility needs. He has overseen and closed more than a thousand transactions on behalf of his clients, including leases, sales and purchase.

David was named in City and State New York as one of New York's "Most Responsible People" and recently won the coveted most "Ingenious Deal of the Year" award from the Real Estate Board of New York. He also serves on the Boars of City Futures (Center for An Urban Future) CUF.
